Rotary cutting dies
They are tolls used for cutting out packaging, mainly from corrugated paperboard, on rotary machines. Our high quality diecutters are being made with the use of a CNC laser.
We offer:
- Partial rotary cutting dies – are used for cutting out parts of a packaging (i.e. perforation for ripping), often they are a supplement for packaging cut out on a slotter. Available are cutting dies with diameters from Ø 174mm to Ø 620mm. Pulsation burning is being used for the cutting dies, which guaranties a better stability of the burnt out lines. Our cutting dies are made in all fastening systems.
- Full rotary cutting dies – enable cutting out of a packaging, from corrugated paperboard, in full. They are used mainly for big packaging (collective packaging). Available are cutting dies with diameters from Ø 174mm to Ø 620mm. Pulsation burning is being used for the cutting dies, which guaranties a better stability of the burnt out lines. Our cutting dies are made in all fastening systems.
