The characteristics of printing on corrugated paperboard require first of all usage of forms with an adequate compression grade, which depends on their thickness.

 

Therefore our assortment includes plates with thickness from 2,84 to 6, 35 mm.

 

At present all plates for cardboard packaging are being delivered with assembly on a foil, slats, rivets, fasteners (all systems) and a printout to check the colour fitting exactness.

 

Mounting of forms is carried out in Macroflex devices, its camera system and imaging of register marks on a monitor guarantee an exactness between colours up to 0,03 mm.

 

Because of the constantly growing requirements towards the quality of a print – fitting accuracy, size of small elements, screen ruling – forms with smaller thickness (2,84 mm, 3,18 mm, 3,94 mm) are being used, which are laminated on a carrier sheet and compression foam to obtain the required thickness.
