A next CtP device has been installed. It is the worlds’ most advanced digital flexo imaging laser - CDI Advance Cantilever 1750 with Optics 80 and a quantity of illumination speed of up to 8.0 m²/h.

 

The device enables the preparation of photopolymer printing plates as well as endless sleeves. It is provided with a modern system which allows reaching a high resolution of 4 000 dpi (HD Flexo), thanks to which flexo print comes definitely closer to offset quality.

 

At the present Chespa operates with 6 of these devices, four of them are full format lasers of 2030/1320 mm and two medium format lasers 1200 x 900 mm.
